The Horse and Groom is a centuries old Coaching Inn conveniently located in the heart of Holbeach. We are situated on the national cycle route and well located for touring the north Norfolk coastline. We are within walking distance to the University Campus, and on the main bus route from Spalding to Kings Lynn. Peterborough Cathedral and the Sandringham Royal Estate are just short drives away; as is the Wash nature reserve.We offer comfortable en suite accommodation to people passing through, or stopping in the area. We offer freshly cooked food at lunch and in the evening, 7 days a week. As well as good food, we offer a selection of wines, world beers, and real ales; we are even mentioned in CAMRA's Good Beer Guide 2012. Our rooms are in a converted stable to the rear of the pub, and benefit from a private parking space and secure storage for cycles. The pub and rooms offer free Wi-Fi, and benefit from under floor heating, flat screen digital TV, hairdryer, and tea and coffee making facilities, and are non-smoking.
